Dollar store cake stands.
 Buy dollar store plates. Stencil on design with a sharpie. Bake at 350, cool off plates. Attach candle holders as base for stand. Use hot glue gun and cloth to attach cake stands.
I purchased all materials from the dollar store, with the exception of the glue gun. Sometimes the dollar stores do have glue guns, keep your eye out for those!!
